Get The Look: Selena Gomez

Hey guys!

As I'm going away for the weekend to visit a friend in Stuttgart, I thought I'd upload another post I had ready today as I won't be posting till next week now. Selena Gomez is a figure of elegance and always manages to look super classy, especially at Red Carpet events. I love this outfit she was spotted in yesterday as I'm a big fan of high waisted jeans and believe that they are super flattering for everyone. I've found some great dupes online and you can get a similar look for just over £150.

Review: Urban Decay Brow Box

Hey guys!

I recently bought the Urban Decay Brow Box in the colour, Honey Pot. I'd heard really great things about this product and was on the hunt for a new way to fill my brows in. The packaging is a gorgeous purple colour with different patterns on the top with the letters, UD. It's a very small box, definitely appropriate for just throwing in your handbag and is very handy. It comes with a mirror on the inside, which is great for on the go, 2 shades, a wax, 2 mini angular brow brushes and a mini pair of tweezers.

The two colours are both shades of brown, one being a golden brown (hence the name, Honey Pot) and the other being more of a light chocolate brown. They both apply really well with the brushes and with the wax on top, last all day. The product applies really well and it gives a really natural look to your eyebrows. I'd never used a powder/shadow formula on my eyebrows before but was pleasantly surprised. It blended really well with my natural eyebrow colour and made them look much fuller and more defined. The wax then helped smooth them out and set them for the whole day.

I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who's a beginner with filling eyebrows in as it comes with every product you need and is really easy to use. They also do the box in the colour, Brown Sugar, for anyone with darker hair. Both Urban Decay Brow Boxes are available to buy at House of Fraser for £19.

Hey guys!

Perrie Edwards always looks effortlessly flawless and manages to pull off some great outfits. She has quite a unique yet casual style and always manages to put a quirky twist on her outfits. The pictures above were taken shortly after she had landed in Japan with Little Mix. I wish I looked like that after a long plane journey! It's not a super glam look but it's definitely a great travelling look, keeping it casual yet everything she's wearing is bang on trend. I've been scouring the internet for dupes of the pieces in this outfit so you can get this look too:

January Wishes

Hey guys!

Sorry I haven't posted in a few days, I've been feeling really lethargic this weekend, I found out yesterday actually that this weekend is the most depressing weekend of the year, lovely. Definitely explains how I've been feeling. I hope you're enjoying the vlogs I've been posting, I'll have another one up tomorrow - a Boohoo haul, please subscribe to my channel,, if you're not already!

Anyway, here are a few of my January Wishes:

1. Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser Lightweight Primer £7.99 Boots
I've wanted to try this for a while now as it seems to be a really good dupe for the Benefit Porefessional. This product is designed to close your pores and leave your skin looking absolutely flawless. It also acts as a primer and is a lot cheaper than the Benefit option, I'll definitely be trying this out soon.

2. Bumble & Bumble Thickening Dryspun Finishing Spray £21.50 Boots
Since I'd been out of the UK for months at Christmas, I hadn't had a proper trip to Boots and when I went in, I was pleasantly surprised to know that Boots had started stocking Bumble & Bumble, yay! I've seen so many vloggers rave about this product as it gives your hair extra volume and leaves it feeling great so this is definitely on my wishlist.

3. Wine Floral Cross Back Strappy Camisole £15 Fashion Union
I love the vintage floral design on this cami and think it's super cute for this time of year. The wine colour gives it more of a Wintery feel and I'd love to dress this up with some high waisted trousers or a midi skirt and some thin heels. I think it's a perfect top for Winter drinks with the girls.

4. High Vamp Skaters £20 Topshop
I love these shoes and I think they're perfect casual shoes, I want them so desperately! I love the crocodile print and the colour and they're half the price of vans, win!

5. Too Faced Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette £45 Debenhams
I'm so happy this has finally launched in the UK now and I think I currently want this more than Naked 3, which even I'm shocked about. I love the design of the palette being a chocolate bar, I think it's so cute and all the colours are perfect neutral shades for everyday use.

6. Light Grey Eyelash Knit Cardigan £38 River Island
My final January Wish is this fluffy cardigan from River Island. I have a jumper in this material and it's super warm. I love the colour and oversized baggy look of this cardigan and it's guaranteed to keep you cosy in the harsh Winter weather.

What items are on your wishlist at the minute?

Christmas Sales & Beauty Haul

My first ever vlog, a Christmas Sales & Beauty Haul. Please be nice, I'm more petrified than you would ever believe.

Review: Garnier BB Cream

Hey guys!

Just a quick side note before I begin: there's no editing on the pictures of me and the swatch so you can really see the true colour and coverage of this product.

I recently purchased the Garnier BB Cream - Miracle Skin Perfector in the shade light. I've wanted to try BB cream for a while and see what all the hype is about. I didn't want to splurge on one as I wasn't even sure if I'd like the product, so settled for this Garnier one which was 7.95 euros and is priced at £7.49 in Boots

If you don't know what BB cream is, it's basically a skin coloured cream that acts as a foundation, moisturiser and primer. You can wear it alone or underneath foundation, which is what I'll be doing. It essentially helps give maximum coverage when worn with foundation and also moisturises the skin. BB stands for blemish balm, which is where the moisturising feature kicks in.

I tried it out yesterday just by itself and was really impressed. You can see the results in the first picture above. It smells and applies like a cream but has excellent coverage. It also feels super light on the face and it didn't even feel like I was wearing any make up when I had it on. In the second picture of myself, I had it on underneath my make up and I personally think it did help with coverage and will be wearing it a lot more like this. It gave my face that extra coverage that foundation can't give and my make up lasted all day amazingly, proving that the primer feature of this product works too.

I would advise investing in this as it's perfect to put on if you're feeling lazy but still want some coverage on your face. It feels light and blends into the skin really well and it looks and feels like you are wearing no make up at all, which is great. Definite must have product of 2014.

Very exciting things happening as I type, I'm uploading my first vlog. It's something I've wanted to try for ages as I'm an avid watcher of vlogs, particularly fashion and beauty. So since it's a New Year and I'm feeling motivated, I decided to give it a shot. When it's all uploaded, I'll link it on here. My YouTube Channel is so if you could subscribe, that would be fab!

Happy New Year! (9 days late, oops). New Year = new blog name and design! Yes, I decided that I wanted my actual name in my url so came up with Hannah Hearts Fashion. I decided to have a couple of weeks off writing over Christmas and New Year as I was spending time at home with friends and family and then came back to Germany almost a week ago and have been slowly getting back into my daily routine! Just some quick news first, I'm now writing for a website called HailStyle and I post there weekly about beauty or fashion related things. I've written a few articles for them already and will definitely be posting weekly as that's my job so be sure to check out HailStyle. It's a great website with latest trends, fashion news and celebrity news.

For Christmas, I got the Urban Decay Shattered Face Case. I'd wanted it for quite a while now as I didn't have a duo palette, with both face and eye make up. It comes with 5 eye shadows, 2 blushers, a highlighter, a lip gloss and the standard black eyeliner pencil. You can see all the contents of the palette in the photos above.

So far I've been really impressed with this palette. All the eye shadows in this palette are new to Urban Decay and the shades range from dark to light with a purple shade thrown in the mix, shimmery to matte and a bit of glitter. For New Years Eve, I actually did a look using all 5 eye shadows, a gradual smokey eye with the purple added in on my outer corners. The eye shadows, as ever, are gorgeous. Urban Decay eye shadows never fail to impress me. My favourite shade from this palette is the medium chocolate brown in the middle on the swatches picture (shade - Nameless).

The lip gloss is in the shade Lovechild and is a pale barbie pink. It's easy application and I like the idea that it's a gloss on a stick but it's a little sticky and drying on my lips, it's just an average product in my opinion.

The blusher's are lovely and I'm in love with the musky pink colour (Overexposed) and it's become my new favourite blusher. It lasts all day and is very highly pigmented. The other colour (Temper) is a brighter rose pink, I've used it once and again, it's highly pigmented and long lasting. However, I'll probably be saving this one for Summer as it's a very warm colour and most definitely more fitting for Summer weather.

Finally, the highlighter is a light brown shimmery shade. It's a lot different to my usual highlighters which have pink undertones so I was excited to use this. It applies really nice to the forehead, cheeks and chin area. However, when I applied it to my nose, it just didn't look right for some reason. The shade just looked all patchy and out of place so I'll be using this on the areas I mentioned before but most definitely not my nose again!

All in all, I'm loving this palette at the minute and it's super easy to just throw into my handbag as it has everything I need in it to touch up my make up. Would most definitely advise it, a must buy.

You can purchase Urban Decay Shattered Face Case from Debenhams for £30.
